Role Purpose

We are seeking a Technical Trainer and Product Associate to help facilitate the development, deployment and housekeeping of training content whilst assisting with product management. Reporting and KPI objectives are always to be at the forefront of all initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Training Deliverables Internal Skills Development
- Client Product Training
- Content Creation and Maintenance
- Productization
- Catalogue Maintenance
- Efficient Communication
- Strong Administration
Technical Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Self-Confidence and Strong Presentation Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Technical Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center
Other Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Energetic and Optimistic
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Meticulous and Proactive
- Some support engineer experience
