What you'll do    

• Training Delivery – Prepares, facilitates, assesses and evaluates learning in a clear, practical and engaging manner.

What you bring    

• Grade 12/Matric/Equivalent - essential
• Diploma in Training and Development, Human Resources, Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices, or related field – essential
• 2–4 years’ experience in training, facilitation, coaching, operational learning or workplace skills development – essential.
• Experience delivering classroom, workplace or on-the-job training to adult learners – essential.
• Experience with training planning, learner administration, assessments, reporting and stakeholder feedback – essential.
• Exposure to Deli, bakery or food service operations, including food preparation, recipe adherence, hygiene, food safety, customer service, product quality, equipment use and operational standards in a store environment.
