We are looking for a commercially driven Transactional Product Manager to take ownership of our transactional product portfolio and drive growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer value.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Managing the full product lifecycle, from strategy and business cases through to implementation, optimisation, and performance management.
• Driving product profitability through pricing, revenue growth, margin management, and cost control.
• Developing and executing product roadmaps aligned to customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Partnering with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Producing financial models, forecasts, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring strong operational and financial controls across transactional processes.
• Defining and tracking key product, customer, and financial performance metrics.
• Supporting product launches, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in Product Management within Financial Services, Payments, Transactional Banking, or FinTech.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product profitability and performance.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with technology teams on product enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
