    Transformation Specialist Mining

    Key Requirements

    • BA degree or comparable degree
    • Minimum 5 years in a Transformation management role
    • Knowledge of the mining charter
    • Excellent, assertive, strong communication skills (English) to work with SA and group companies globally.
    • An ability to deliver high quality results under pressure and against tight deadlines
    • South African citizen, employment equity role

    Be involved with driving the execution of the wider transformation agenda across South Africa, whilst complying with legislative requirements and best practices
