Job Description

• Our client is seeking a Transport Admin Assistant/Coordinator to join their team in Mobeni, Durban! 

Min Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Warehousing, Transport, or a related field
• Willingness to supervise loading at the Port
• Open to occasional additional hours (weekdays or weekends)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Cargowise

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CargoWise to update client statuses
• Handle loading rates and transport bookings over the phone
• Perform follow-up calls with clients, internal teams, and transporters
• Oversee general administrative duties
• Ensure seamless coordination of cargo loading and transport logistics
