Brief Description        
Qualifications

• The required qualification is at least an MSc in Chemistry.

Minimum requirements

• Chemistry teaching experience especially tutoring of small classes (typically 20 students).
• Strong background across all first-year chemistry topics.
• Expertise in development of materials for first year teaching (assessments, notes, lectures).
• Excellent organisational and general management skills
• Competency in learning management systems.

Duties

• Overall responsibilities would include the teaching and coordination of small first-year chemistry groups as well as mentoring and advising first year chemistry students. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
