Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs continuously.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• A passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.

Additional Information:

• The initial contract is 6 months to be extended.
• Candidates must be Gauteng-based.
• Hybrid work model.
• Foreign nationals with valid visas will be considered.
