This is a full-time on-site role for UK Collections Advisors at EXL in City of Cape Town. The Collections Advisors will be responsible for managing collections activities, interacting with customers to resolve outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate records of all collection efforts. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
