• Regional Penetration
• Competitor analysis
• Renewal prep
• Multi – claimants’ actions
• Survey actions
• Peer review
• Performance measuring system / QC
• Regional engagement including BDM engagement
• Bordereaux Portfolio Management
• Interteam Backup
• Handling of Account queries
• Handling of unmet premiums

Qualifications &Experience

• Graduate caliber with 5 years+ short term insurance industry experience and presence in the Broker community
• FAIS compliant  

Knowledge

• Sound understanding and knowledge of South African Insurance Market Experience
• Sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements
• Sound knowledge of Bryte South Africa and its business strategy and objectives
