Utility Assistant

Key requirement
- Matric
- 2-3 years experience in Property
- Knowledge of Prop system
Key function
- Update of meter reading sheets on excel
- Identify possible leaks from meter readings
- Identify possible faulty meters from meter readings
- Day to day filing and scanning
- Dealing with tenant queries
- Assisting with supervising of plumber and meter reader
- Upload of photo folders
- Compiling and sending of communication to tenants when needed
- Liaising with credit controllers in regards with vacant units and water queries
