Responsibilities:
Working towards sales targets
SOP Compliance: adhering to showroom operations and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including customer service, vehicle inspections, and transactions.
Transaction Oversight: sales purchase process transactions, ensuring documentation accuracy before vehicle release.
Third-party Coordination: Liaise with third-party service providers for smooth transaction flow, including reconditioning suppliers, tracker installations, and vehicle transportation.
Marketing and Promotions: adhere t0 and and execute in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
Stock Control: Assist in managing vehicle stock, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the valuation and pricing process.
Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues that may arise before, during, or after the sale process.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Car Trade Ops Manager on sales performance, team productivity, and marketing campaign success.
