    Vehicle Sales Host (Car Rental- Bryanston JHB)

    Experience required: 

    • Strong motor retail sales experience required
    • Motor Industry experience required 
    • Good sales record/ experience 

    Skills Required: 

    • Attention to Detail: Ensure documentation and transactions comply with company and industry standards.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team management and partner coordination.
    • Digital Tools Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and capable of learning stock management software.
    • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales strategies and a focus on customer service to drive results.
    • Problem-solving: Ability to quickly address customer and operational issues effectively.Marketing Insight: Ability to create an engaging showroom environment that aligns with the brand strategy.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Working towards sales targets 
    • SOP Compliance: adhering to showroom operations and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including customer service, vehicle inspections, and transactions.
    • Transaction Oversight: sales purchase process transactions, ensuring documentation accuracy before vehicle release.
    • Third-party Coordination: Liaise with third-party service providers for smooth transaction flow, including reconditioning suppliers, tracker installations, and vehicle transportation.
    • Marketing and Promotions: adhere t0 and and execute in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
    • Stock Control: Assist in managing vehicle stock, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the valuation and pricing process.
    • Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues that may arise before, during, or after the sale process.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Car Trade Ops Manager on sales performance, team productivity, and marketing campaign success.
