The role focuses on ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for multifamily properties by verifying resident insurance policies, maintaining accurate records, and conducting outreach for non-compliant residents.
Job Specifications
Coordinate with MRI insurance provider and clients to track and verify resident insurance policies.
Enter, validate, and maintain resident policy information.
Track and manage all interested party notifications.
Communicate with non-compliant residents and property managers.
Advise on forced insurance policies.
Answer emails, resolve inquiries, and provide top-tier customer service.
Collaborate with the Client Experience Specialist to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in special research projects as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in a support role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technically savvy with MS Excel proficiency, including queries.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to daily process changes.
Experience in insurance operations (advantageous but not required)
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Proficient in handling data and able to adapt quickly to evolving processes and systems.
