    Virtual Sales Manager

    Virtual Sales Manager

    The purpose of this role is to lead a team of 10-12 Inside Sales Executives and ensure the team achieve the Digital Sales KPI’s and focus on coaching and development of team members. You will be responsible for delivering against sales targets ensuring systematic pipeline build and ensuring customers and prospects have a positive experience in their interactions with the company. You will work closely with our sales operations team to ensure regular reporting and stakeholder engagement. 

    Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

    • Inside Sales team management/team leading in a business environment for a B2B service organisation
    • Product knowledge and industry experience for a similar Inside Sales environment
    • Excellent communication and motivation skills
    • Strong sales performance in your existing role
    • Can demonstrate experience of successfully supporting a sales team in a high performing environment to tight deadlines
    • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
    • 3 years of experience
    • BA/ Bcom Degree
    • Demonstrable track record of selling to corporate accounts
    • Demonstrable experience leading a team of Virtual sales ("social selling") executives
