Develop, update and maintain the merchandise standards manual (PEPGrow) to ensure correct implementation in stores
Creation of merchandising guidelines for window- and in-store displays
Develop and communicate monthly guidelines for window displays and in-store displays
Preparation of Seasonal sales plan and workshop documents
Create VM workshop documents to support field structure with VM in stores
Support field with physical new store openings and workshops
