    Business Manager - Cellular (Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Description

    • As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our cellular and technology product offerings. 
    • You will be managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained product and portfolio growth in alignment to the department's strategy.  As a portfolio and product owner, you will ensure that all Cellular projects  are successfully implemented within scope, time, and cost parameters.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple product lines across various categories, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate and build strong relationships with service providers and suppliers to secure beneficial contracts.
    • Innovation: Identify and introduce new concepts or variations of existing products to enhance our portfolio.
    • Business Case Development: Compile comprehensive business cases for current and potential initiatives, driving informed decision-making.
    • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on marketing plans to effectively position our products and drive market share.
    • Process Development: Create and communicate product processes and procedures to field personnel for consistent execution.

    Data Analyst (Western Cape)

    Description
    PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

    • As a Data Analyst, you will harness retail, customer, and marketing data to generate actionable insights, optimise marketing campaigns, and guide strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in driving data-led initiatives within our large-scale retail environment. Experience working with CRM data platforms or customer data tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud will be highly advantageous in supporting personalised marketing and customer engagement strategies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Data Insights & Analysis: 

    • Develop reports and interactive dashboards, conduct descriptive analysis on retail and customer behaviour, and evaluate the performance of various projects and interventions.

    System & Project Delivery:

    • Lead the delivery of system improvements and support predictive and prescriptive modelling projects.

    Strategic Recommendations:

    • Use your analytical skills to identify opportunities, make recommendations for future initiatives, and enable better business outcomes.

    Requirements
    ROLE  REQUIREMENTS 

    • Business degree with Analytical/Commercial subjects (e.g.Computer Sc., Maths, Eng.)
    • Minimum 5 years analyst experience, preferably in a marketing agency/digital agency with a focus on delivering customer insights in order to change customer behaviour.
    • Retail or CRM data experience is an advantage. 

    Technical Skills:

    • Big Query SQL, Python, or R 
    • Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Excel (Advanced), Google Workspace)
    • Data visualisation tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
    • Experience working with CRM data platforms or customer data tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
    • Knowledge of statistics & data modelling
    • Knowledge of Data cleaning and enrichment
    • Knowledge and understanding of POPIA

    Visual Merchandiser (Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Description

    • To support the overall merchandising standards in the stores, which include window displays, in-store displays, product merchandising and marketing material.  

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, update and maintain the merchandise standards manual (PEPGrow) to ensure correct implementation in stores
    • Creation of merchandising guidelines for window- and in-store displays
    • Develop and communicate monthly guidelines for window displays and in-store displays
    • Preparation of Seasonal sales plan and workshop documents
    • Create VM workshop documents to support field structure with VM in stores
    • Support field with physical new store openings and workshops
    • Visual Merchandise projects & fixture rollout assistance
    • Researches industry standards for VM
    • Ad hoc projects

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 
    • Driver’s licence 
    • Tertiary qualification in fashion/interior/graphic design 
    • Experience in visual merchandising will be an advantage 
    • Willingness to travel
    • Computer Literate (MS Office)
    • Experience in shop fitting and space planning will be an advantage
    • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite programmes eg. Indesign, Photoshop and Adobe XI

    Store Manager- PEP Soshanguve Southview (6762) (Pretoria)

    Description

    • PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control,  mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation
    • Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
    • Manage cost according to the company low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.
    • Ensure administrative duties within the store are done according to the company guidelines.

    Requirements
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
