    VW & Mahindra Marketing Coordinator - Rola VW Malmesbury / Vredenburg

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Rola Volkswagen & Mahindra are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with multibrand automotive experience to help us drive growth, strengthen our digital presence, and deliver campaigns that truly connect with clients.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in marketing, automotive industry experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
    • Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space.
    • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
    • Clear criminal record
    • Valid unendorsed code 08 drivers lisence
    • Position could be based either in Malmesbury or Vredenburg region with travel to dealerships in the Hermanus area. 

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Elevate our digital platforms – from website SEO to social media storytelling.
    • Manage paid media campaigns and dealer activations across Google, Meta & WhatsApp.
    • Create engaging content that builds reputation and drives customer engagement.
    • Analyse campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimisations.
    • Support events & activations that bring our brands to life and align with OEM strategy.
