We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our PLG (Previously Loved Goods) Warehouse team in Jet Park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory administration, trade-in processing, stock movements, order fulfilment, customer query resolution, and maintaining accurate warehouse records to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track store trade-ins and stock transfers.
Manage online trade-in administration, assessments, customer feedback and returns.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory queries.
Process RTVs, stock movements and inventory corrections.
Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
Process and respond to customer, store and internal queries within agreed service levels.
Pick, pack, invoice and dispatch online and store orders.
Assist with stock tracing, reconciliations and reporting.
Ensure all warehouse administration activities are completed accurately and timeously.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control or stock management environment.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with inventory management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
