Warehouse Assistant (JB4038) at Educor Holdings

Requirements:

• Matric or relevant
• 3-5 Year Experience in distribution or warehousing.
• High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel
• ICAS/Accpac an advantage
• EBDN (Post Office System)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dispatching of Study Material, Awards, General Post, Couriers, Assignments via Post Office (Capemail, Safemail, EMS), Nightwing Couriers, as well as Nightwing Couriers Collections arranged for APC via Nightwing Couriers.
• Sorting of Post to be dispatched and various methods to be dispatched.
• Admin:
• Managing cases as well as email Queries received via Stores Helpdesk.
• Providing tracking to different departments as requested.
• Processing payments for dispatches via Post Office EBDN system
• Providing quotes for most cost-effective and fastest delivery methods.
• Schedule courier collections
• Assisting with the checking of s/material, as well as packaging. Preparing it, ready for dispatch by providing dimensions and weight.
• Completing stats for the monthly reports by capturing the payments made for all dispatches done.
• Processing of invoices via Fraxion system as received by Finance (Creditors)
• Doing housekeeping to keep department clean at all times.
