Warehouse Assistant at OneDayOnly

About You

• We’re looking for an ace employee to assist in our warehouse, keeping the flow of distribution moving and keeping our customers happy. This means you are well versed in the process of picking and packing allocated orders daily in a warehouse environment. You have great attention to detail, and you are able to see the bigger picture and make decisions on the go.

Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, counting and checking stock to ensure correct inventory counts.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all incoming and outgoing stock products.
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate with various departments simultaneously.
• Maintaining impeccable merchandising of shelves.
• Perform ad-hoc or cross-sector duties in any way required by Manager
• Ensure that housekeeping is performed daily and your work area kept optimal and clean.
• Reporting to and working with the Floor Supervisors and Managers on any issues that arise as well as day-to-day requirements.
• Ensure that the health and safety protocols of the company and OHS ACT are adhered to in your area of responsibility and workplace.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Matric
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Sound analytical, organising, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong affiliation to systems, utilising them to increase productivity in line with the business strategy
• Proficient in basic computer skills
