Warehouse Director at Imperial Logistics

To lead and align the warehouse value chain function in the Warehouse & Distribution business unit through the development and implementation of a functional strategy and operating model, enabling a high-performance culture, client satisfaction, reduced risk and compliance to regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Performance Areas

• Define and implement a strategy, operating model and policies for the Warehouse and Distribution business unit in the context of the organisational strategy and operating model, relevant to the governance and risk profile
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the business
• Conduct financial planning and develop commercial models to enable sustainable and comprehensive business activities
• Mitigate risk through uncompromising adherence to set guidelines, policies and procedures
• Implement structured engagements with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
• Monitor operating and financial results against set targets and budgets
• Manage revenue trends at various levels and drive agreed growth strategies
• Lead all aspects of human capital strategy
• Align people's performance goals to support the achievement of a strategy for the warehouse

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor`s Degree and/or Advanced Diploma
• 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 3 - 4 years at senior management level
