    Warehouse Intern

    • As an Intern for the Warehouse Operations team, you will gain hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations through data management, scheduling, and communication with internal and external partners. This internship will provide valuable exposure to warehouse processes, compliance procedures, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.

    A Day in the Life
    As a Warehouse Intern, your day may include:

    • Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring on-time shipments.
    • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems for inventory and shipments.
    • Handling invoices, paperwork, and other essential documentation related to warehouse activities.
    • Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
    • Assisting with warehouse operations, including stock counts and inventory tracking.
    • Providing basic office and clerical support to the warehouse team, such as answering calls and responding to emails.
    • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality control, and regulatory procedures.
    • Supporting cross-department collaboration, working with customer service, purchasing, and logistics teams.

    Education

    • Completed bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems.
    • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with various partners.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Willingness to work collaboratively with warehouse teams, customer service, and purchasing departments
