Warehouse Team Lead - JHB at M-KOPA

Your Role:

• Your journey begins with overseeing the ready-for-sale process, ensuring that each phone is meticulously checked and locked on the system before dispatch. You will lead a team of warehouse assistants, guiding them through the intricacies of the process and resolving any issues that arise along the way.
• But your role goes beyond just managing the process. You will be the master of inventory management, conducting monthly stock counts and reconciling physical stock levels with our inventory records. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every transaction is accurately recorded, and our inventory remains in perfect order.
• As the champion of quality control, you will implement measures to prevent serial mismatch issues and ensure that all accessories are properly kitted with our finished goods. Your dedication to excellence will be reflected in our daily order fulfillment, as you coordinate with our assembly and sourcing teams to meet our targets with precision and efficiency.

What You Bring:

With at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, you have a deep understanding of inventory management systems and quality control processes. Your proficiency in inventory management software like Dynamics 365 sets you apart as a true expert in your field.
