    Warranty and Technical Training Officer

    Warranty and Technical Training Officer 

    • We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Johannesburg (Germiston).

    Your Tasks:

    • Processing of warranty adjudications and engineering reports 
    • Technical support / information 
    • To create and update training modules for IAM product offering
    • Present technical training modules to staff, distributors and distributors customers
    • Writing technical articles 

    Your Profile:

    • Mechanical Engineering Diploma (N6 or T3)
    • PCV & HCV clutch and transmission expert product knowledge
    • In depth understanding & experience of latest automotive driveline & suspension technologies
    • MS office proficient, especially Excel & Powerpoint
    • Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
