Job Description
- Capex execution
- Priority setting for sites
- AWS implementation across Cereals; Mills & Fruits sites
- 100% water replenishment for all PepsiCo sites
- Complete water profiler for all sites
- 40% water reduction from 2015 consumption
- Benchmarking against Best In class sites and highlighting opportunities
- Managing sustainability capex earmarked for water projects at sites
- Implementation of Best-In-Class practices across sites
- Tracking and reporting of KPIs
Qualifications/Requirements
- Tertiary qualification (Technical education), i.e. Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years experience in manufacturing operations(technical roles : production, quality, engineering, EHS)
