Wealth Planner at CLS Human Capital Specialists

Job Purpose:

• The Wealth Planner will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial objectives, crafting personalized investment strategies, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth. By combining technical financial expertise with a commitment to exceptional client service, the Wealth Planner will play a pivotal role in delivering effective wealth management solutions while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and integrity.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Required (Essential):

• BCom degree in finance or similar field
• CFA/CFP certification or currently studying towards the same
• RE5

Minimum Qualifications Required (Desirable):

• BCom Honours Degree (In finance)

Minimum Experience Required (Essential):

• 3 – 5 Years Experience in a similar industry
• FSCA/Investment experience
• Financial Planning History

Minimum Experience Required (Desirable):

• Robust Professional network and the ability to attract new clients
• Sales History

Other:

• Reliable own transport
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans will be beneficial
• Salary: Market Related
