National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Education or Training and Development or Human Resources Development or Organisational Development (OD) Management, Office Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology qualification
Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in the fields above would be an advantage
Minimum one to two years of general administration experience
Experience in computer literacy skills (MS Office)
Good customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

Duties and responsibilities
Provide support to stakeholders on the completion and submission of WSP/ART/PIVOTAL
Provide support on the data migration processes from Indium to AIMS
Support employers with submission of WSPR onto the AIMS System
Evaluate and approve Skills Development Facilitators’ applications for registration on the system
Update the ETD employer database
Print and file documents for audit purposes
Maintenance and or retrieval of records when needed
Make follow-ups on previous non-submissions
Chase non-submitters participate in the WSPR process
Telephonically assist employers in navigating the AIMS system
Follow-up on queries raised during the evaluation stage to close the identified gaps
Assist employers on OFO code matters as it relates to WSPR submission.
