    Workplace Trainer

    Job Description

    • To train and Mentor the Fishworker at all relevant working stations or areas within the processing areas
    • Conduct Individual competency assessments
    • Maintain record of training
    • Observe fishworkers for compliance to production standards to maintain consistency in performance
    • Facilitate and assess learning interventions as requested
    • Maintain adherence to health and safety policy and procedures via completed checklist
    • Maintain effective communication and build sound relationships
