DUTIES
Check if new and/or maintenance work undertaken on project sites is in compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
Conduct inspections on work done, or to be done, to check that proper quality control is maintained. Compile an estimate of repairs and costs for minor new work and maintenance work to be undertaken.
Develop progress reports on outstanding and finalized work. Development and interpretation of plans and sketches.
Draw up quotation documents and compile specifications. Advise and guide contractors in respect of the relevant legislation and regulations. Compile payment documents.
