Works Order Administrator at Rheinmetall Denel Munition

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compare daily mixing sheet with the work instruction and resolve discrepancies
• Book production material out against the works order
• Book production (output) against the works order
• Reconcile the production with the works order
• Enter final production on SAP into final stores 
• Create management reports with data and graphical presentation on request
• Capture WIP Stock-take information
• Reconcile stock levels and report any abnormalities

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Grade 12/NQF 4 equivalent
• 3 years work experience with an ERP/MRP system like SAP
• 3 years experience within a plant/production environment
• In-depth knowledge of work order administration
• Computer Literate and able to operate the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Energetic, Self-motivated and able to work in a team
• Good communication skills (i.e. both verbal and written)
