Btech / B Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
2 to 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement methodologies environment
2 to 5 years risk management experience (Water safety planning, Incident Management, Emergency response)
Green/Black Lean 6 Sigma certification will be advantage
Risk Management certification will be advantage
Advance Computer literacy – Software systems usage
Willingness to work after hours to meet project related deadlines
Valid EB (08) Driver’s Licence
Key Performance Areas
Coordinate effective implementation of all transversal Business Improvement and Innovation (BII) programmes and projects within the long term Water and Sanitation strategy by investigation, research, analyses and implementation
Develop communication strategies and processes to facilitate communication with, and empowerment of, internal and external stakeholders in order to enable a co-operative piloting environment and risk management
Promotion and awareness of Water and Sanitation Continuous Improvement and Risk Management throughout the organisation using various platforms
Ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in systems and processes as identified from time to time
Coordinate and implement the key performance areas of subordinates in order to implement policies, procedures, systems and processes
Ensure appropriate Administrative Policies and Process are implemented
Participate in various meetings within the Directorate, provide comments and professional opinions on matters concerning its effect on overall service delivery
