    Programme Manager - Maintenance & Engineering

    Requirements

    • Relevant B Degree in Build Environment
    • 8 Years relevant experience
    • Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa
    • Computer Literacy
    • SAP Proficiency
    • Valid Code EB Drivers Licence

    Key Performance Areas

    • To develop the strategic direction for Maintenance and
    • Engineering within the Facilities Management Priority
    • Portfolio and Integrated Facilities Management.
    • Manage the portfolio in line alignment with ISO 55001, ensuring adherence with all applicable statutory and
    • compliance requirements
    • Accountable for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical maintenance at facilities within the FM Priority portfolio
    • Managing and administering of contracts and service level agreements in accordance with applicable City policies and procedures
    • Management and monitoring of programmes comprising of multiple projects varying complexity
