The WSP Officer will support the WSP initiatives of the HWSETA by capacitating provincial personnel, advocating WSP/ATR submissions and performing evaluations, recommendations and first line approval of WSP/ATR.
Minimum Qualification:
Matric / Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Social Sciences ,Finance, Auditing.
Minimum Experience:
4 – 6 years in Training and Development environment
Skills Development experience advantageous
Advanced computer Literacy.
Duties:
WSP policy implementation
Quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management
