The Provincial Receptionist will providing administrative assistance in the Provincial Office. Assist and coordinate customer care with external stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12; Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration/ Technology, Public Management or an equivalent qualification. 2 – 3 years’ work experience at Reception and related field.
Cost to company R135 378 - R210 329 per annum
The position is based in the Eastern Cape (East London)
The WSP Officer will support the WSP initiatives of the HWSETA by capacitating provincial personnel, advocating WSP/ATR submissions and performing evaluations, recommendations and first line approval of WSP/ATR.
Minimum Qualification:
Matric / Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Social Sciences ,Finance, Auditing.
Minimum Experience:
4 – 6 years in Training and Development environment
Skills Development experience advantageous
Advanced computer Literacy.
Duties:
WSP policy implementation
Quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management
Evaluate and recommend WSP/ATR submissions
Capacity building of the provincial personnel
Stakeholder support and advocacy
Reporting and administration.
