    X2 Sales Executive: New Vehicles - VW East Rand

    About the Role

    • As a Sales Executive for New Vehicles at VW East Rand, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our new vehicle offerings. This position focuses on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to enhance their overall buying experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits of the latest VW models.
    • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies that meet corporate targets.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and product advancements.
    • Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Contribute to the dealership’s marketing efforts by participating in promotions and events.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in automotive sales with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
    • Excellent negotiation capabilities focused on customer satisfaction and closing sales.
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software for sales tracking and reporting.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience with Volkswagen products and brand is advantageous.
    • Certification in sales or automotive training is a plus.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance sales efforts.
    • Understanding of financing options and trade-in appraisals in the automotive industry.
