    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Kitchen Operations Supervisor/Kitchen Processor for a company based in Cape Town, Epping area. The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operations:

    • Ensure chemical spray bottles and red buckets are filled and disinfectants are used properly
    • Prioritize the same-day deliveries.
    • Report equipment issues, customer complaints, and new product specifications to the head of the department.
    • Update the production board and handover book.
    • Monitor kitchen cleaning and sanitation of all utensils and equipment after every shift.
    • Always communicate with the head of the department whenever there are new product specifications
    • Make sure that all the shortages are handed over to the next shift supervisor or head of departure before leaving the warehouse
    • Post updated production board, updated handover book, cleaned scrubbed kitchen drains and equipment after every shift

    Quality Control:

    • Cut products according to specifications
    • Clean and blend vegetables for purees
    • Squeeze cold-pressed juices
    • Wash and devein spinach according to company standards
    • Pack and seal salad packets.

    Administrative:

    • Maintain accurate time and attendance
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • 2 + years of experience in kitchen operations or warehouse management.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
    • Basic understanding of inventory management

    • We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of services to our clients.     • Knowledge of BCEA & LRA
    • Above average MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
    • Exposure to Union engagements and Labour engagements
