Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) compulsory
• Min 2 - 3 years supervisory experience in the health care / hospitality industry is essential

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills with strong Client focus
• Leadership qualities and mentoring skills
• Previous Catering experience essential
• Good computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

• Ensure the quality, presentation, consistency and taste of all meals
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards of the workstations and kitchen at all times
• Ensure that specifications are correct according to the standard recipes
• Ensure daily and meals and food for functions are prepared timeously
