    Culture Specialist/ Insights Analyst

    • This role is a unique blend of analytical rigor and street smarts, requiring someone who can translate data insights into actionable strategies that resonate with our target audiences. You will be instrumental in optimizing our advertising campaigns and shaping the cultural narrative around our brands and clients.
    • The role requires a self-starter that can run and grow their own business unit, including mentoring of junior resources.

    Strategic Responsibilities:

    • Bring to life the culture engine and develop culture marketing strategies in line with company requests and deliverables
    • Stay up-to-date on current cultural trends, memes, and social conversations relevant to our target audience.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage cultural insights to create more engaging and relevant advertising campaigns.
    • Full project management of culture activities from study design, fieldwork, insights analysis and packaging
    • Collaborate with various Opcos and stakeholders to ensure that advertising campaigns are culturally sensitive and aligned with our brand values.
    • Planning and Ideation:
    • Deliver unique insights and concepts through rich data and insights informed signals
    • Put insights at the heart of the organisations delivery by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, creatives, planners and client service teams
    • Consistently develop insightful projects that drive thought leadership and Impact in the agency, clients and industry
    • Align project budgets, outcomes and deliverables with internal stakeholder requirements

    • Culture Engine:
    • Act as a champion for insights-driven decision-making within the organization.
    • Educate and empower other teams on how to use insights to improve their work.
    • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
    • Maintain relationship with a large network of culturally plugged resources and contacts to tap into (consumers of interest, cultural shapers, influencers etc)
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyse advertising campaign performance across various platforms to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Use of social listening tools for sentiment tracking, reporting, consumer and competitor analysis

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in advertising data analysis or a related role.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with social and sentiment tracking tools
    • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
    • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • A passion for understanding and leveraging cultural trends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Program Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

    • Our Program Managers bring value to our clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. They are the trusted partner and point of contact for junior to mid-level clients partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management to their business(es).
    • Program Managers are efficient operators, who demonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen. They are organized and accountable program leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate with/draw on the expertise of all Ogilvy's capabilities.
    • Program Managers add value by interrogating every appropriate client brief and assignment, and striving to solve our clients larger business problems, not just the immediate request at hand.

    Business Director/Managing Partner

    Business Unit Director

    • An individual who possesses a strong retail, brand & digital client service background to nurture and develop a portfolio of brands.

    Responsibilities

    Include but not limited to:

    CLIENT

    • Lead both your clients projects, along with supervision and management of the accounts team within your portfolio, ensuring a constructive and creative operating environment.
    • Represent the point of view of the agency with integrity and resolve.

    Data Merger

    • The Data Merge/ Data Capturer plays a crucial role in preparing client data for automated product information processing. This involves meticulously cleaning and formatting client-provided Excel briefs to ensure accurate and consistent data for our studio's data merge process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent typing and computer skills, particularly in Excel, and a commitment to data integrity. A key responsibility is ensuring product descriptions and images align correctly, referencing and maintaining a master product library.

    Responsibilities:

    • Clean up client brief to the agency and set up an Excel brief which will be ready to put into the studio.
    • Verify and query missing data and errors.
    • Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain meticulous records and ensure data integrity.
    • Identify and correct errors, escalating issues to relevant parties when necessary.
    • Manage and update a master library of product barcodes, names, and descriptions on the server.
    • Consistently reference the master library for every incoming brief to ensure data consistency.
    • Keep the product library up-to-date with the latest product information ("fabs").
    • Conduct online research to verify product information and ensure accurate matching of descriptions and packaging.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
