    Store Manager (Kwazulu Natal)

    Description
    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    • Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control,  mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation
    • Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
    • Manage cost according to the company low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.
    • Ensure administrative duties within the store are done according to the company guidelines.
    • Leading a dynamic team of Dynamos - taking responsibility for team training, coaching and performance.
    • Standards - maintain general health, safety and housekeeping standards

    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 
    • Proficient in English. 
    • Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.
    • Ideally 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
    • Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage).

    Executive Assistant to the CEO (Northern Suburbs (Cape))

    Description
    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

    • To play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s day-to-day activities. 
    • This position reflects the CEO's brand image. It involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support to enable the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making and leadership.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure proper time management.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
    • Organise and prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO, proactively solving problems and providing solutions.
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, phone calls, and email correspondence.

    Requirements

    JOB  INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

    • 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
    • Secretarial or office management diploma
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
    • Retail experience will be an advantage

You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our systems are not just functional but cutting-edge, while empowering users with the tools and processes they need to thrive.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain, support, and improve existing business processes and technologies.
    • Monitor and evaluate system performance and resolve issues proactively to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide system consulting, user support, and problem analysis.
    • Research and recommend new solutions and enhancements to business processes and technologies.
    • Conduct solution analysis, design, and documentation, and manage change implementation plans.
    • Design business processes and create detailed functional specifications.
    • Test and implement new systems or changes to existing ones.
    • Oversee resource allocation and management.
    • Develop and write detailed reports and specifications.
    • Create and maintain user training manuals and standard operating procedures.
    • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to identify and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
    • Participate in project management within an Agile Scrum team.
    • Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance.
    • Manage ad hoc projects as needed.

    Requirements

    • Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
    • Degree in Commercial, Business, or Accounting.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a systems or business analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Above-average computer literacy, particularly with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Draw.io.
    • Experience with business process management software and methodologies, including tools like Notion and JIRA.
    • Experience with User Acceptance Testing. 
    • Proficiency in business process mapping.
    • Knowledge and experience with Google BigQuery.
    • Retail experience is critical, specifically experience with point-of-sale systems..
    • Accounting and reconciliation experience is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail, sound business acumen, and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Resourceful, results-driven, self-motivated, and a strong communicator who excels in a team environment.
