    Marketing & Partnerships Lead (Personal Shopper Program)

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Partnership Support & Execution:

    • Drive the identification, evaluation, and execution of new brand and merchant partnerships.
    • Support the design and roll-out of partnership strategies that create value for Personal Shoppers and their customers.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to spot new partnership and activation opportunities.

    Campaign Management & Coordination:

    • Lead the delivery of partnership and Personal Shopper campaigns from briefing through to launch and post-campaign review.
    • Coordinate across creative, digital, and content teams to develop compelling marketing material and toolkits for Personal Shoppers.
    • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and aligned with program objectives.

    Relationship Management:

    • Act as the day-to-day contact for key partners and play an active role in nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Liaise directly with internal and external partners to support campaign rollouts and activations.
    • Assist with negotiations and agreement discussions alongside the Head of Venture.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Monitor and report on partnership and campaign effectiveness against defined KPIs and metrics.
    • Prepare regular updates, insights, and recommendations to drive ongoing improvement of activities.
    • Track campaign budgets and ensure accurate reconciliation of partnership spending.

    Administrative & Operational Support:

    • Maintain partnership and campaign documentation, databases, and records.
    • Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, and budget management for partnership and activation activities.
    • Support the planning and delivery of events, activations, and promotional activities for the Personal Shopper Program.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative marketing.
    • Experience with campaign management and cross- functional project coordination.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
    • E-commerce or retail experience is advantageous.
    • Previous agency or client-side marketing experience preferred.

    Analytics Engineer

    Your responsibilities will include:.

    • Tool & Model Development: Build, validate, and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and models to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and business decision-making processes.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches, delivering insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Performance Monitoring: Continuously improve and automate workflows, reporting tools, and data pipelines to enable scalable analysis and proactive performance tracking.
    • Opportunity Identification: Analyse large, complex datasets to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement.
    • Initiative Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of projects – from problem definition to solution delivery – ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic business environment.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Retail, Marketplace, Finance, and Supply Chain Operations to align analytical outputs with business priorities.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline e.g. Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field).
    • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a similar role in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment.
    • Experience in the retail industry and/or Supply Chain & Logistics field is beneficial.
    • Proven experience building dashboards, reports, and models using tools such as SQL, Python, MS Excel, and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
    • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics engineering best practices.
    • Experience designing or maintaining automated workflows and pipelines for recurring reporting and analysis.
    • Ability to work effectively with large datasets from multiple systems and cleanse insights into business-relevant narratives.
    • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment through data storytelling.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

    DC Development Manager

    Purpose of this role :

    • Supporting the Head: Strategy and Infrastructure in determining long term TFS and Takealot.com strategy regarding distribution centre, cross dock, technology development and outside business analyses in a consulting capacity.
    • Building business cases for viability and development of long term budgets. Assess business impact of proposed changes based on warehouse and logistics network simulation and modeling.

    Key responsibilities: (What are you directly responsible to achieve within the scope of your role)

    • Partnering with senior leadership to define and drive the tactical- and long-term supply chain strategy to support Takealot Group’s business growth.
    • Project managing key strategy and optimization initiatives from inception to execution through effective collaboration across teams and divisions.
    • Supporting the supply chain department in delivering medium to long term budgeted productivity improvements through engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Assisting Takealot.com, TFS and external TFS clients with Distribution Centre design and detailing building specifications to suit operational needs.
    • Developing and maintaining blueprint designs for Distribution Centre infrastructure and processes according to business and operational requirements.
    • Collaborate across the broader organization to prepare financial reviews and budgets.
    • Interpret and communicate insights from analyses and feasibility modeling to guide decision-making that allow step change improvements.
    • Tracking market developments and benchmarking best practices to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Business case creation & simulation: Building & evaluating business cases and ROI estimates for new initiatives.
    • Understand material handling solutions (conveyors, AMRs and Sorters), have the ability to do assessment, identify bottlenecks and scope optimal throughput for those solutions.
    • Providing direction and purpose for and driving change management activities.
    • Provide ongoing thought support to senior leadership
    • Negotiating and drafting contracts.

    Output: (What are you expected to deliver within the scope of your role)

    • Business cases and ROI calculations of new CAPEX projects
    • Warehouse simulation model to facilitate warehouse throughput mapping.
    • Project Management where required, complex project coordination.

    Minimum Required Qualification :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic) or similar related degree
    • Preferred : MBA or Masters in Engineering Management
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a project environment in distribution centers / warehousing or similar on a large scale with complex operations
    • Minimum of 3+ years of strategy and project management in a consultative role or environment.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
    • Change management champion
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees
