    Admin Co-Ordinator

    Job Summary

    • This role involves providing administrative support through processing purchase orders and invoices, managing stock receiving, and handling banking and reconciliations. 
    • The Admin Co-Ordinator also performs general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Process purchase orders and invoices
    • Receive stock
    • Banking, sales, and reconciliation
    • Prepare and capture reports; summarise data
    • General office duties, including filing
    • Maintain and update archive
    • Handle monthly stock take program
    • Assist cashiers with general queries
    • Prepare cost and selling price corrections
    • Maintain delivery notebooks and key register
    • Follow up on claims
    • Perform health and safety duties
    • Host auditors during visits and requests
    • Reconcile poison register
    • Ensure adherence to company procedures
    • Process EFTs and UIRs

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position
    • Computer literate
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills

    Floor Advisor

    Job Summary

    • This role involves providing expert advice and support to customers on the sales floor, with a strong focus on input products. The Floor Advisor is responsible for stock management, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ordering, merchandising, and selling of stock
    • Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
    • Assisting clients in store
    • Sorting and storage of goods
    • Be willing to work overtime when required
    • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • A related qualification (advantageous)
    • Product knowledge of input products & Veterinary Medicine
    • General farming knowledge

    Retail Manager

    Job Summary

    • This role involves managing all aspects of the store to ensure smooth operations, optimal stock control, and adherence to company policies and budgets. The Retail Manager will drive sales and profitability while leading the team, maintaining high customer service standards, and implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies.

    • At least 5 years’ experience in the Retail Sector
    • Experience within the agricultural environment (advantageous)
    • Above average knowledge of management principles
    • Planning, leadership and organising skills
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Assertive and analytical thinker
    • Ability to train and develop employees
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a pressurised environment
    • High attention to detail
