About the role

AI-Enhanced Threat Detection & Response

• Use machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI to analyse vast security datasets, uncover hidden attack patterns, and optimise response workflows
• Perform predictive threat modelling to anticipate emerging cyber threats and proactively enhance security measures
• Leverage AI-driven anomaly detection tools to detect sophisticated cyber adversaries in real time
• Collaborate with Detection Engineers to refine detection logic based on insights gained from AI-powered investigations

Incident Investigation & Threat Hunting

• Lead proactive threat hunting engagements using AI-powered analytics, threat intelligence correlation, and adversary simulation techniques
• Investigate complex security incidents, leveraging SIEM, XDR, cloud security tools, and forensic data to uncover root causes
• Automate investigative workflows using SOAR playbooks, Python scripts, and no-code/low-code automation platforms (n8n, Flowise, Torq)
• Conduct post-incident analysis to continuously refine detection logic and improve response playbooks

Security Automation & AI Integration

• Utilise agentic AI to automate security responses such as account lockouts, network isolations, and WAF rule adjustments
• Work with generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve SOC documentation, incident reports, and forensic summaries
• Develop automated security workflows to streamline triage, enrichment, and escalation processes

Threat Intelligence & Adversary Simulation

• Track global attack trends, leveraging threat intelligence platforms and AI-driven predictive modelling
• Simulate potential attack scenarios to test detection resilience and improve security posture
• Map attack techniques to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and suggest detection rule enhancements

Strategic Security Operations & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Head of Security Operations to align emerging security threats with the broader SOC strategy
• Engage with DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and Platform Engineering teams to proactively mitigate security risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across security operations through research, automation, and AI-enhanced analytics

Requirements

About you

• Security Analytics & Threat Hunting Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR, and advanced analytics platforms
• Deep understanding of threat detection, incident response, and adversary tactics
• Knowledge of AI-enhanced security operations, including machine learning-based threat detection

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, KQL, or SQL for security automation and analysis
• Familiarity with cloud security monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with SOAR platforms and AI-driven security automation

Certifications & Education

• GCIA, GCTI, GOSI, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent
• Strong grasp of MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence frameworks, and cloud-native security operations

Description

• As an experienced Business Analyst, you'll have proven success within an agile software development environment.
• Within integrations, our core areas of responsibility are Compliance & Fiscalisation, Payments, Data Import/Export & Reports, ERP, and APIs.
• Any prior exposure to these areas is a highly beneficial.
• Integrations development covers the full range of core business in the Cinema industry, and you will become adept at understanding the domain to both a wide and deep level.
• Uncovering intersections between Cinema, 3rd party, Moviegoer, and Vista requirements you'll be involved in scoping, gap analysis, and functional design, closely collaborating with the development team to shepherd each project through to deployment in a live cinema near you.

Key Responsibilities

Software Design and Analysis

• Gather requirements from project stakeholders including internal Vista staff and external customers
• Analyse customer and business requirements and translate those into a software design that fits within the existing Vista framework
• Proposal and Specification writing
• Understand user interface design principles and design intuitive and easy to use interfaces using provided mock-up tools

Communication

• Schedule and chair meetings to discuss and present the requirements of the solution
• Deliver informative, well-organized presentations, and clearly articulating ideas and thoughts
• Ensure that stakeholders across the business are on board with the proposed design
• Initiate and monitor the Specification Approval Process, collaborating with the Product Design Manager to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate across different areas of the business, liaising with international offices as regarding their requirements
• Provide guidance to the Engineering Tribes while specifications are being coded and tested

Vista Application Knowledge

• Develop familiarity with and build knowledge of the full range of Vista applications
• Develop a high level of expertise in selected Vista applications as directed by the Product Director/Delivery Manager, including expertise in functional features of the product, customer use of product, and product installation

Requirements

• Strong, proven experience in a Business Analyst role within the software industry
• Fundamental understanding of concepts around Agile SDLC, technical systems and specification writing
• Good understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to generate effective requirements, and own feature development to delivery
• Experience working within Integrations a plus
• Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with people at all levels across the company
• Professional Business Analyst qualifications (preferred)
• Undergraduate degree in IT (preferred)

• Our Senior Solution Specialist's execute on our on-premises implementations, projects, consultation, and other dedicated client professional services agreements
• They also act as the client facing team for our rapidly increasing platform projects around the world.
• They ensure the delivery of great outcomes for our clients and help to generate exceptional client experiences while migrating our clients to our platform offerings.

About the role

• Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of the cinema industry’s business operations to effectively configure and support Vista software for clients, becoming an expert in Vista’s suite of software modules
• Perform project discovery, analyze client requirements, create system designs, and implement solutions within the Vista suite of software, testing the configuration to satisfy client requirements
• Install and configure the Vista on-premise and platform software, as part of both smaller consultation projects and full-scale, long-term deployments, remotely and onsite,
• Effectively train Vista clients both remotely and in person
• Consult with clients on best practices, helping them realize the full potential of the Vista software
• Take ownership of project tasks, delivering through to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Perform cross-regional and cross-departmental tasks and initiatives
• The vast majority of work will be completed during standard business hours however, team members may be asked to assist with some work items that cannot be performed while clients are operating, including but not limited to system upgrades, maintenance items, or assist with other urgent or business critical, configuration and / or support items
• Travel domestically and internationally may be required

Requirements

About you

• Experience with Vista Group software would be highly beneficial
• Proven experience dealing with medium to large client projects, creating exceptional client experiences and great outcomes
• Proven experience taking proactive measures to prevent software issues
• Experience in a software application support, deployment, and consultancy
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, .NET (preferred), advanced user of Windows systems, including IIS, DNS, DHCP, Networking
• Ability to work on several tasks or projects simultaneously, prioritizing and following through to successful resolution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed under pressure, using independent discretion and judgment to assess situations and respond appropriately
• Commitment to excellent customer service and dedication to creating great outcomes and working relationships
• Project management and governance experience would be highly beneficial
