Broker Client Services Agent at MiWay Insurance Limited

What will you do?

• We are looking for a very strong candidate to join our Broker Client Services Team. You need to be passionate about people, display professionalism in dealing with clients and Brokers.
• You will be attending to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker clients and doing underwriting when requested by the client or broker.

Minimum Qualification

• Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
• Matric / NQF 4
• Full FAIS Credits

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years Insurance administrative experience
• Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
• Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Underwriting experience
• Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
• Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Clients
• Assist with amendments to client’s policies.
• Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries.
• Attend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department.
