    Senior Manager: Business Development

    Job description

    Main purpose: 

    • To identify, evaluate and pursue viable business development opportunities, and to develop and implement strategies that expand the SIU’s footprint within the province and nationally.
    • The role is also responsible for managing the receipt, assessment and processing of business development-related allegations in accordance with SIU standards, policies and directives, while proactively promoting the SIU’s service offerings to achieve established business development targets.

    Key performance areas (Include but are not limited to):

    • Business development planning and implementation.
    • Active marketing of SIU’s service offering within the Province/Nationally.
    • Business Development Case registration and processing oversight.
    • Quality Assurance. Reporting and Document Management.
    • Stakeholder Management. Budget Management. Staff Management.
