As Senior Product Manager, Games, you’ll drive development, scale challenges, and deliver fun, constantly improving player experiences. You will develop the product vision and specifications to drive revenue, using data to inform your decisions. We are looking for a mix of leadership and product management, as making your ideas reality requires you to be able to articulate a vision and partner with teammates across different verticals.

Requirements

What will you do?

• Deconstruct Games, Competitor Features into digestible insights for the team and incorporate it into product requirements
• Impact end-to-end product lifecycle of mobile free to play games
• Develop products that achieve business goals while being mindful of development costs
• Own results of games and consistently manage against expectations
• Develop and apply a hypothesis based analytical approach, conduct experiments and communicate learnings to the team
• Become an expert in understanding customers and building engaging features that make everyone excited to come back and see what’s new
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable next steps or new features
• Make tradeoffs between scope, delivery dates, and business goals
• Monitor the games landscape to understand market opportunities and trends

What makes you a great candidate?

• 4+ years of experience in F2P Games, preferably in product oriented roles
• Experienced in operation of live games and data-driven environments
• Experience leading teams to align and execute against a product vision and goals
• Able to create & design experiences that shape positive player behaviors
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and a history of supporting data informed decisions
• Structured problem solver and expert at prioritization
• Able to combine creative thinking with data-driven decisions
• Passion for games, mobile games in particular
• Extensive knowledge of the mobile market

As Consumer Insights Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and executing a number of research initiatives to support Carry 1st’s product development strategy.. You’ll work closely with our Game Teams, Platform Teams, Publishing Teams & Leadership team to understand the “whys” that drive player behavior and decision-making.

Requirements

You will...

• Elevate & represent market research across the organization to enable a culture that is anchored in deep understanding of the mobile games market.
• Design, implement and lead high-impact quantitative and qualitative research to support a number of cross-functional teams including Games, marketing, analytics, product management and business development.
• Manage relationships with key product stakeholders, creating a research roadmap to run along-side the development of Carry 1st’s Games
• Work closely with the VP of Games at Carry 1st to shape our portfolio strategy
• Enable Product and Publishing teams with setting goals based on deep understanding of competitor intelligence & benchmarking
• Enable Carry1st’s employees to leverage market intelligence tools such as Game Refinery, App Annie, Liquid & Grit etc.
• Facilitate research & usability projects using online tools such as Playtestcloud

What makes you a great candidate?

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer research
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Flexibility in a fast-paced, undefined environment
• Effective written, storytelling, verbal & presentation skills
• Experience in leading the end-to-end research process
