POSITION SYNOPSIS:

• The Specialist Work Management Master Data shall be responsible for the system integrity, governance and master data requests by utilising the Master Data Design process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Serious contenders will have Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science together with N3 Technical Certificate and a valid Trade Test (Electrical or Mechanical);
• A minimum of 5 years relevant maintenance of mechanical or electrical equipment of which 2 years on Work Management Master Data;
• Advanced ERP/SAP Work Management skills are essential;
• Ability to extract and analyse ERP/SAP information is essential;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are  essential;
• Material Master Data skills will be advantageous.
   

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Capture, govern and process master data requests utilising the Master Data Management process;
• Utilising the Master Data Design Documents and validation rules to create and sustain master data integrity in the ERP/SAP system of:
  • Functional Locations
  • Assembly
  • Bill of Material
  • Work Plans
  • Maintenance Item
  • Measuring points
  • Task lists
  • Document Information Records
  • Work Centres
  • Planner Groups
  • Material Masters, Inventory & Cataloguing
• Utilising the south32 governance tools to monitor compliance to work strategies,safety critical equipment,Fuctional Location Classification,Regulatory Registers and Manufacturer Register;
• Development of reliability reports and monthly KPI reports;
• Evaluates maintenance master data in support of the Asset Reliability Team.

POSITION SYNOPSIS:

• The purpose is to ensure the timely and accurate processing and execution of invoices, service entry sheets and service requests for South32.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Serious contenders will have Matric/Grade 12 with English and Math Literacy;
• Certificate in a relevant discipline (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance or Business Admin);
• Experience in SAP (Supply Procure-to-pay Module/s). is advantageous;
• Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency;
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain or a Shared Services Environment;
• Working knowledge in invoice processing, service entry sheets, service requests and  other related services;
• Working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology preferable;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Basic MS Excel skills;
• Understanding of case management tools.

• Ensure all queries and cases are completed on time, accurately and within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA);

• Ensure compliance to all internal controls, agreements, systems, standards, governance and procedures as well as legislative requirements and statutory reporting;
• Ensure daily processing target is met;
• Participate in NCR’s and ensure all 3Q’s are completed and learnings shared with fellow team members;

POSITION SYNOPSIS:

• The purpose of this role is to safely execute maintenance work according to prescribed standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Serious contenders will have a N6 Technical Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance;
• Knowledge about PLC’s and SCADA, ethernet and profibus networks will be to your advantage;
• Valid Code B driver’s license is essential;
• N5 Technical Certificate in Logistic Systems will be advantageous.
   

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure optimal asset life through application of good maintenance practices;
• Execute all maintenance work in a safe manner;
• Identify and report stoppages or work requirements;
• Perform lockouts and make the work area safe;
• Test and commission equipment prior to handover;
• Route Completed Work Orders to the Supervisor;
• PLC programming and commissioning of new installations/projects;
• Fault finding/localising on the plants by using the PLC;
• SCADA configuration for new equipment and upgrades as required;
• Attend to breakdowns effectively minimizing down time;
• Building/Installation of new PLC networks (Profibus DP) to provide IO for automation of existing and new equipment;
• Keep all PLC and Adroit records and drawings updated;
• You will be required to work overtime and perform standby duties;
• You must be able to use own transport from time to time with compensation;
• You must be able to work shifts.
