International Content Management System Consultant
Responsibilities: Include but will not be limited to:
- Strategy: Partnership, process
- Work with content stakeholders across the globe to ensure timely and accurate publishing of web content updates in accordance with brand editorial guidelines. Maintain a professional working relationship with business units and geographic contacts
- Create and implement a process to update regional websites on a regular basis with relevant content that improves CEO and ultimately drives traffic and conversions.
- Help establish policies and procedures for content management and change approval processes
- Understand regional marketing objectives as they relate to web strategy, communicate results and incorporate feedback in future efforts.
- Serve as a content management system subject matter expert (SME) for other content authors in the organization
- Proactively stay on top of the latest industry technologies and digital trends. Share knowledge with appropriate marketing team members.
- Become familiar with social media programs, and serve as a back-up for regional execution to ensure continuous coverage as needed
- Execution: project management, tool management
- Develop and manage a monthly project plan to ensure regular web content updates for all regions. Ensure all content is requested well in advance of going live. Recommend content changes by looking for ways to adapt and share content across regions
- Ensure all content is created/adapted, and own the execution on the CMS tool on behalf of the regions. Ensure content goes live on time.
- Continually monitors website for consistency and functionality and manage website architecture
- Works with other designers, developers and marketing resources in the creation and production of landing pages to support marketing campaigns. Ensure content is updated to reflect current campaigns and newly created assets.
- Learn to use the Sprinklr tool, and support the execution of the social media strategy as needed
- Measurement: analytics, reports
- Issue comprehensive web traffic monthly reports.
- Recommend CMS content updates across regions based on results
- Maintains site code to support ongoing metrics capture, integrated with Google Analytics
Required Skills & Experience
- Write, modify and troubleshoot HTML/CSS/JS code, either from scratch or through adaptation of existing software or framework packages to meet project requirements
- Ability to test code changes through cross-browser testing to identify and resolve technical issues
- Understanding of W3C standards as well as browser-specific bugs and variations, including Chrome, Safari, IE and Mozilla.
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with a corporate Web property (Internet, Intranet, Extranet)
- Familiarity with HP TeamSite content management system or similar web CMS
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Desirable Skils
- Understanding of Responsive Web Design and ability to code using responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular.js, etc.)
- Experience with web site performance analytics, SEM, and SEO

How You’ll Contribute:
- First line of responsibility for all financial inputs into allocated business units: - Enforcing compliance with financial and management accounting controls and principles - Applying the correct accounting treatment as appropriate - Review and management of full P&L results - Accounting and management of deferred revenue - Approval and verification of cost allocation to relevant cost elements, projects and costs centres. - Cost tracking and cost control - Providing input into cash flow forecasting

- Maintain business unit budgets, forecasts and plan in the financial system (Hyperion)
- Ensure the accounting records correctly reflect the results of business units’ financial position
- Monitor and report on the financial commitments, risks and opportunities of business units
- Review results and ensure completeness of cost accruals and make provisions where necessary to ensure financial results are correctly stated for all reporting purposes
- Develop analyses based on metrics to evaluate financial and operational performance for business units
- Identification and investigation of potential inefficiencies and risks encountered by the business based on financial and operational performance metrics
- Prepare and provide meaningful inputs and analyses of variances
- Work with business units to ensure that P&L results are in line with budgets/ forecasts by implementing corrective action where necessary
- Management of respective Balance Sheet analyses
- Key Customer analysis and reporting
- Preparation of Volume and Product reporting, with required analytics
- Management of month end close calendar and related processes
- Prepare and/ or co-ordinate reports required by TU International & Corporate
- Ensure reporting is timeous, regular and meaningful
- Ad hoc requests as required
What You’ll Bring: We are looking for a minimum CA (SA) or CIMA qualification with at least 3 years’ experience within a commercial environment in a similar capacity. A proven track record of change implementation and process improvement is essential to the role along with a willingness and ability to work in an unstructured environment with fluid change processes. Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills are critical to the role. Prior Hyperion experience would be a distinct advantage. This position performs an array of advanced statistical analysis techniques to understand each client’s business environment (markets, drivers, objectives, business processes, policies and procedures) in order to advise clients on various aspects of their marketing initiatives. This position will analyse various data sources to identify segments within the data most suited to TransUnion’s clients’ needs (this is not limited to marketing only).
Provides easy-to-understand; action-oriented reports and presentations for customers. What You’ll Bring
- You will require a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Sciences, Informatics, Business Economics, Economic Sciences or similar analytical field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with knowledge of statistical tools and their application to business, as well as principles of cost/benefit analysis, risk management, marketing and operations.
- Having a sound understanding of statistical software (SAS) will be advantageous
- Must have demonstrated experience using a PC and the applicable software programs necessary, to complete the task
