Work with Area Revenue Manager to manage room and rate availability per company guidelines to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall room revenue and market share for all properties in the division.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all properties and assist with any ad-hoc reporting as needed
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly STR submissions for all properties
Analyze booking trends to identify new revenue opportunities and make recommendations to improve strategies
Accurately implement rate and restriction changes across all platforms
Assist in monitoring hotel level and room-type availability for all properties
Assist in the development and improvement of new and current revenue management tools and reporting
Ensure all related systems and 3rd party channels are accurate and correctly configured
Attend weekly revenue meetings with hotel teams to provide feedback and suggestions
Assist the divisional revenue team with any ad hoc projects
Gain strong working knowledge of and assist in management of all systems including Opera, HMS, G3 and Synxis
Monitor rate parity and distribution
Liaison with key departments including; CRO, Group Rooms Coordinators, Sales, Marketing
Assist in forecasting efforts including weekly and monthly
Requirements
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Good analytical and numeric skills
Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager etc
