    Purpose of the Job    

    • The purpose of this role is to create high quality data, application and technology architectures that meets business needs and requirements and ensure realization of the design into final solution implementation.     • Assist with tracking operational initiatives, projects, and action items. 
    • Process purchase orders, invoices, and operational administration in accordance with company procedures. 
    • Support communication between stores, regional operations teams, suppliers, and Home Office stakeholders. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and governance requirements. 
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. 

    Qualifications    

    • Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)  
    • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Advantageous) 

    Experience    

    • Experience working with SAP systems for purchasing, reporting, stock administration, master data maintenance, or operational support functions (Essential). 
    • Minimum 1–2 years administrative experience. Experience in a retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or corporate environment will be advantageous. Experience working with confidential information. 

    Knowledge and Skills    

    • SAP knowledge and experience (Essential). 
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
    • Administrative and organisational skills
