    Client Relationship Manager

    About the job
    Trialogue a corporate social investment (CSI) and sustainability consultancy and publisher, wishes to employ a client relationship manager at our Johannesburg office.


    Our thought leadership platforms include the Trialogue Business in Society Handbook, the annual Trialogue Business in Society Conference, and the Trialogue Knowledge Hub. Our advisory services include CSI consulting, monitoring and evaluation, corporate reporting, and integrated thinking advisory. Our clients are predominantly large South African companies.     Key performance areas


    Management of key clients:

    • Obtain feedback on services provided in order to inform the improvement of Trialogue’s offerings
    • Understand clients’ ongoing needs and identify new opportunities for advisory and/or thought leadership support

    Sales support:

    • Follow up with clients to secure buy-in
    • Ensure that all formal agreements and contracts are in place

    Contribute to new business development:

    • Identify and engage potential new clients; sharing information about Trialogue and its products and services, and facilitate introductions to relevant team members to explore areas of mutual interest
    • Work closely with the senior team to develop customised client service offerings

    This position is based in Trialogue’s Johannesburg office in Rosebank. Remuneration will consist of a monthly base salary plus an annual performance bonus. This is an employment equity position.


    Qualifications and experience:

    • A graduate qualification
    • A strong interest in the role of business in society and social development
    • At least ten years’ experience, preferably with at least five years’ experience in customer relationship management or business development
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including telephonic and written correspondence
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Ability to speak more than one South African language preferred
    • Valid driver’s license

    Trialogue Senior M&E practitioner

    About Job

    Trialogue, a corporate social investment (CSI) and sustainability consultancy and publisher (www.trialogue.co.za), is expanding its monitoring and evaluation (M&E) team in Johannesburg. We are looking for a senior M&E practitioner.

    This role will entail managing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) projects for corporate clients and other funders. It includes drafting proposals, designing M&E approaches and frameworks, managing consultants, overseeing deliverables and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with more than seven years of experience in M&E.

    Applicants must have:

    • Graduate qualifications from university, preferably with a monitoring and evaluation post-graduate qualification
    • A strong interest in the role of business in society and social development
    • Minimum seven years’ experience in M&E, preferable with experience of corporate, government and development agency clients
    • At least two years’ experience in managing projects (developing project plans, managing teams. etc.)
    • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience
    • Ability to collate large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into detailed and concise reports and summaries
    • Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
