    Market & Customer Insights Analyst

    Key Accountabilities:

    Market & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Gather, analyze, and interpret external market data to support business decisions.
    • Identify emerging business opportunities and risks through competitive analysis.
    • Apply intelligence to external data and propose strategic actions.

    Sales & Growth Enablement:

    • Analyze market penetration, segmentation, and profitability to support business growth.
    • Develop insights to drive strategic sales growth, pooling asset control, and customer retention.
    • Provide research and insights for campaigns, events, and new product/service launches.

    Customer & Stakeholder Support:

    • Support local and regional teams with market research needs for day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
    • Drive and manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process across the AMETA region.
    • Collaborate across departments to share insights that enhance customer experience.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    • 5+ years in market and customer research.
    • Technical & Analytical Expertise:
    • Strong statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and trend analysis skills - experience with SAP, Medallia, Data Warehouse (BW), and CRM (Salesforce).
    • Business & Strategic Acumen: Understanding of P&L, business plans

    Data Engineer

    What You’ll Do:

    • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
    • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
    • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
    • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
    • Build analytics tools that utilise the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
    • Work with stakeholder teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
    • Keep our data separated, documented and secure through the development of a centralised analytics data lake for the APAC region.
    • Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimising our data product into being an innovative industry leader.
    • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
    • Use large datasets to build dashboards and reports to support senior management in effective decision making.
    • Design effective reports and dashboards using visualisation techniques and tools

    What will ensure your success in the Role:

    • Educational Background: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical fields.
    • Extensive Experience: +7 years of experience in similar position preferable in complex environments in multinational companies
    • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
    • Data modelling in SQL Server Analysis Services & Power BI plus experience using other  visualisation tools
    • Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines (distributed processing systems), architectures and data sets. Preferably Apache Spark
    • Building reports and dashboards – ideally in Power BI Desktop or other visual tools
    • Experience with cloud solutions in Azure/AWS
    • Familiar with SCRUM / Agile working methods
    • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
    • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
    • Experience with Amazon cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, S3; Redshift; Deeque.
    • Excellent understanding Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent relational database.

    TEMS Administrator - FTC

    Responsibilities include:

    • General administration and customer account processing and reconciliations (query resolution process), inclusive of Debit Authorisations, THAAs
    • Processing of customer transfer hire notes
    • Reconciliation of accounts and controlling of equipment
    • Manage 1-4-1 Exchanges
    • Conducting Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly stock counts
    • Conducting health checks and providing feedback to the relevant clients and staff (if applicable)
    • Investigation and resolving credit equipment balances
    • Investigation and resolving suspended movements
    • Investigate and resolve queries from the customers supply chain partners
    • Ordering of stock
    • Arranging transport – Sending transport schedule daily to logistics
    • Weekly/Monthly Reporting – Customer & Internal Reporting
    • Logging Collection / Return orders when needed.
    • Regular plant sweeps to identify misuse of CHEP equipment
    • Equipment quality check – Reporting damages
    • Demand planning vs Forecast and Collection
    • Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer through query resolution and proactive identification of potential issues.
    • Identification of new conversion opportunities to increase CHEP overall integration into customer supply chain
    • Compiling and Presenting Key Performance Indicator reporting for customer and internal management
    • Log necessary escalations to the business via Sales Force
    • Logging of necessary activities and Service Requests in Sales Force
    • Any adhoc tasks as requested by management

    Operational duties: (If Applicable)

    • Forklift duties
    • Loading and offloading of vehicles when required
    • Assembling bins and prepping them for production
    • Any other ADHOC requirements per site as per agreed SLA for example: packaging specification updates, additional reporting, etc
